This tends to correlate to the home sales about 12 weeks later. According to the National Association of Realtors, home buyers search the internet for about 12 weeks before purchasing a home. The data below indicates that the Kansas City Real Estate Market remains steady. We still have about the same number of people looking to buy homes.
