There were 202 homes under contract in April compared to 228 for the same period last year. A decrease of 11%.

Overland Park homes were on the market an average of 68 days, a decrease of 23% or 20 days less than a year ago.

There were 1,107 homes for sale in Olathe in April down 17%, or 219 fewer compared to the same period last year.

Olathe homes were on the market an average of 77 days, a decrease of 31% or 35 days less than a year ago.

The median price for an Olathe home increased in April to $182,000 compared to $176,500 a year ago.

There were 184 properties under contract in April down 1% from a year ago.
